ReplyDeleteOresund Bridge is part of the Oresund Connection that connects Malmo in Sweden, Copenhagen in Denmark. Construction of the the connection began in 1995 and in 2000 opened the bridge. This bridge is located in Europe.
The Tsing Ma Bridge, which spans 1377m across the busy Ma Wan Channel, is the second longest bridge in the world after the Humber Bridge in Britain. The Tsing Ma Bridge was designed to carry two three-lane carriageways on the upper deck and two railway tracks on the lower deck. This bridge is located in Hong Kong, China.
Uno de los puentes que mas llamo mi atencion fue el que esta localizado en Dubai mejor conocido como uno de los mas largo y grandes del mundo.... Segun el articulo que lei, se dice que mide alrededor de una milla de largo y 670 ft de ancho, este puente fue construido en 2012 con un gasto de alrededor $817 millones de dolares. Algo super interesante que lei es que se dice que en esta maravillosa construccion participaron algunos arquitectos de NY... La estructura de este puente se ve espetacular y puede sostener alrededor de 2,000 vehículos por hora en ambas direcciones.
ReplyDeleteOtro puente que llamo mucho mi atencion es Hangzhou Bay Bridge,Shanghai,China, el cual mide 22 millas(35.673 km), el Hangzhou Bay es uno de los puentes mas largos del mundo encontrados en el oceano. Este puente fue abierto publicamente en Mayo del 2007, este reduce el tiempo de la Zona Delta del Rio Yangtze en Shanghai para la cuidad de portuaria de Nigbon de 4 horas en 2.5 horas algo que es increible!.
El ultimo puente del cual me enfoque mucho fue en el San Francisco el cual celebra su 75 aniversarios de construido, este puente fue publicamente abierto el 27 de Mayo de 1937.La construcción del puente duró cuatro años. Con una longitud de 8,921 metros, tiene una anchura de 27 metros y sus dos torres alcanzan los 230 metros sobre el nivel del mar. Por su parte, las vías de circulación se encuentran a 67 metros del agua.
